5th piece

 

process: I found a photo of me as a child and glued it under a recent picture and then tore the paper on my face to be able to see my childhood face. Then I went into photoshop and created a vinette around the border.

materials: photoshop, photographs, glue

ideas: As one of my last pieces I want to show how past all the darkness in life, thinking back to my childhood makes my mindset brighter, and overall doing things that made young me happy still make me happy today.

  Materials: book, photography, glue Process: I cut out the middle of the pages to add depth and then I used the parts I cut out to add butterflies and flowers.  Ideas: I wanted to sort of show the butterflies flying out of the book. Since butterflies and flowers have been key idems in many of my other pieces, I felt like I should add them here as well to show a sort of release or freedom from the “doom” that I’m feeling.
